Asian Launch of Fox + Was in the Philippines

“We’ll do our best to distribute our products to our many platforms for our mutual benefit,” said Manny V. Pangilinan, the incumbent chairman of PLDT. A little over a week ago, Fox Networks Group Asia unveiled the Fox+ App which is available through exclusive distributorship of PLDT, Smart, and Cignal. This was held at Blackbird Makati, a posh events place within Ayala Triangle. Bianca Valerio did the hosting and a few celebrities like Fabio Ide, Phoemela Baranda, etc. were present as well as socialites and models to do the Fox+ product demo with their trendy tablets.

Whether one is using a mobile, a tablet, or a laptop, Fox+ is available with its easily accessible content and one of its best features is always having control over when one wants to watch his favorite show. “If you miss a show, you can’t see it again. If you’re stuck in traffic, you miss it. How do we solve that problem,” asked Fox Networks Group Asia president Zubin Gandevia.

For only PhP390 monthly, one can have access to thousands of movies, TV shows, sporting events, documentary features, over 11,000 of them to be more precise. Sports fans can rejoice since they don’t need to rush to a sports bar and spend a considerable sum just to enjoy a live streaming tournament, they could just immerse themselves in it even at the comfort of their homes through the unique live streaming service of Fox +.

Philippines served as the Asian launching pad of the app but it will be rolled out across Southeast Asia in the coming weeks.
